Returns Eligibility

Our returns policy allows for a period of 7 days to return any eligible items for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened and Unused: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Items must still be in their original packaging.
  • Within 7 Days: The 7-day return period begins from the date you received your item(s).

Important Notes

Please take note of the following important details regarding our returns policy:

  • Return Period: You may return an item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it remains in its original condition. We will issue a refund accordingly.
  • Damaged Packaging: If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, and the items inside are also damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once our warehouse has received the returned item, and your refund has been processed.
  • Refund Amount: If you adhere to the guidelines for returning goods as outlined above, we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding any delivery charges.
  • Payment Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Please be aware that refunds will not be provided if the seal on the item is broken.
